Liverpool have struck personal terms with Inter Milan midfielder Mateo Kovacic.
Vecernji List says the Reds have already agreed personal terms with Kovacic ahead of a move.
However, they still need to agree a fee with Inter, with the Serie A side.
Liverpool are reported to have already made a bid of £15.2m for the Croatia international but Inter want at least £18m.
